Returns
We will accept return within 30 days of receipt. Return item must be unused with original packing due to hygiene issue. Change of mind is not the reason for customer to request for return. We will accept return due to wrong product delivered, product quality issue or any other valid reason. Customers will be required to prepay the shipping cost and we will reimburse you upon successful claim,
Refunds
GPI Technology will inspect your returned item and notify you the status of refund once your return is approved (faulty product). We will process the refund to your original method of payment or through online transfer once your return reason is accepted.
Shipping
Customers will be required to prepay the shipping cost and we will reimburse you upon successful claim. No shipping cost will be refunded if your return reason is invalid.
