Delivery
We will deliver the Product within 7 working days (Peninsular Malaysia) and 7~14 working days (Eash Malaysia) based on the address furnished by you before place order. Delivery charges will be calculated and clearly stated before checkout.
Price and Content
We, GPI Technology Sdn Bhd will ensure the product details and price listed are updated. Our customer service will contact you via calls, emails or whatsapp to reconfirm or cancel order if discover any pricing error in any products you have ordered. Full amount of cancelled order will be refunded to you.
Order Cancellation (Non-Faulty Product)
If you accidentally submitted wrong order, please contact sales@gpi-tech.com and we will assist to refund the money to you. However, we shall be entitled to deduct a processing fee due to your mistake.
